聊城 沙镇呱嗒作文500字
沙镇呱嗒，聊城传统名吃。创制于清代，迄今已有200多年历史，已被收入《中国名吃谱》一书。关于呱嗒名字的由来有多种说法，一种说法是，因呱嗒形似艺人说快板的道具“呱嗒板”而得名；另一种说法是，取名叫呱嗒是因为将其吃在嘴里，会发出“呱嗒”的声音；还有一种可能是，在制作呱嗒的时候，制作工人把面团制作成呱嗒型时，擀面杖与面团在案板上结合，会发出“呱嗒呱嗒”的拟声声音，尤其是制作完毕最后一下的响声最大，也最为清脆，顾名曰“呱嗒”。
众多呱嗒中，尤以沙镇呱嗒最为有名，而沙镇呱嗒又以“杨家呱嗒”最为有名。沙镇东街的杨氏家族，从山西老家带来祖传煎肉饼的绝活，郑板桥到范县做县官时经过沙镇，便前去亲眼看看。郑板桥正对着一个生肉饼专心致志地看时，被身后的人撞了一下，他的一只手正好把一个生肉饼压扁了。主人舍不得扔掉，便把这个被压扁的肉饼煎熟吃了，顿感味道特别，照此又煎了几个，照样很香。后来，主人根据当时郑板桥压生饼的声音和形状，取名为呱嗒。
历经200多年的传承，连杨氏家族的传人们目前也无法断定，他们的先人到底是基于什么原因取了“呱嗒”这个名字。它遍布于聊城城里的大街小巷。每逢城镇闹市，乡间集日，大多有设摊者供应，发展较好的，都有了自己的门面，打起了自己的招牌。
近几年，随着我市经济的发展、对外交流的增多，呱嗒走出乡土，流传到了各地。“很多在外上学的学生，离开聊城时，通常都会带上几个呱嗒送人，有的被带到深圳、香港、澳门，还有的被带到了新加坡。有到沙镇不吃呱嗒，等于到泰山没看日出一说。很多来聊出差、旅游的，都慕名前来吃呱嗒。”杨宪申的女儿杨秀冬说。
“沙镇呱嗒以杨氏为正宗，以前传授打呱嗒的技艺时很严格，甚至有传男不传女之说。但现在，人的思想观念都没那么保守了。”杨宪申说。
杨宪申说，最初是教亲戚打呱嗒，后来也教一些素不相识、慕名而来的求学者。现在打呱嗒的人多了，莘县、阳谷、冠县、济南、北京等地都有。
1992年，东昌府区沙镇郭耿村29岁的村民耿学金闯北京，凭着一手打呱嗒的手艺，在北京开了一家小吃店。一位年逾七十的老人品尝过呱嗒后对耿学金说：“你卖的呱嗒就是以前我在山东吃过的状元饼，我给你写个牌子吧，保证生意兴隆。”于是老人疾书“山东名吃状元饼”几个遒劲有力的大字，食客们连声称赞。牌子挂在店门口后，小店的生意立即火了起来。
